Speed to Lead Tracking

GoCSM to provide the ability to track the time between a new contact being created and the new contact being called with an outbound voice call through GHL.

Optional add-ons: track not only time from contact creation until the lead was called, but also from creation until the lead was sent an SMS and/or Email.
