Currently, we lack visibility into how deeply sub-accounts are utilizing the GoHighLevel Funnels and Website builders. An account might have a high "Health Score" based on logins, but if they aren't launching assets, they are at a higher risk of churn. We need a way to quantify "Asset-based Adoption" within GoCSM to see who is truly building on the platform.
Integrate Funnel and Website asset counts into the Product Adoption module. This would allow agency owners to see at a glance which sub-accounts have active web assets and which are under-utilizing these high-value features.
