Map Feedback Comments to a custom field

As the subject states, User Happiness - I want to have their "Comments" and happiness level send out to slack… I see that I can see their "Happiness" level as a custom field, but I want to send out their happiness level and their comments to a slack channel if I can. How can I get access to the comments they leave?
