Client Onboarding Command Center

Customizable Onboarding Engine that allows agencies to turn their setup process into a trackable checklist inside GoCSM.

Agencies will be able to:

1. Define Onboarding Criteria: Create a list of "Must-Have" actions (e.g., 1+ Funnels created, 1+ Forms created, 1+ Team Members added).

2. Automated Check-offs: As GoCSM detects these assets/activities in the sub-account, the items are automatically marked as "Complete."

3. Onboarding Progress Bar: A visual percentage or progress tracker on the Portfolio Overview and Sub-account pages.

4. Manual Overrides: The ability for a CSM to manually check off "Soft Tasks" (like "Had Kickoff Call") that can't be tracked via API.
